The live CDR was never an official release, but was distributed between fans with our blessing - in fact, I mixed it myself, rather than have it as an untreated desk recording. Probably your best bet would be to try the <a href="http://groups.yahoo.com/group/noman/join" rel="nofollow">no-man discussion list</a> and see if anyone will run you a copy.
